Transfer to Us
Are you already fostering with a local authority or another agency?
The national, statutory Transfer of Foster Carers Protocol enables you to move efficiently from one agency to another using a clearly set-out process that all agencies understand.
Here at Foundations Matter we will celebrate your Christian faith. You will be supervised and supported by a team of Christian social workers. We will pray with you and for you, and we will be right behind you all the way as you live out your faith and bring a child into your home and family.
